When it is open?
The WhatsApp chat service is open between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm
What happens if I send a message in the evening or at the weekend?
The service is currently open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm so we won’t be able to respond to messages that come in outside of these times straight away. The service is closed on weekends and public holidays.
When will you get back to me?
It depends on how many people are using the service. We can't always get back to you instantly. If the service is quite busy we might be responding to several people so bear with us.
Can I call you via WhatsApp?
No, this service is for Chatting only, about your order or any other question about your photos.
What do you do with the messages I send?
We delete chats that have finished at least once a week. So if you contact us again more than a week later.
What will you do with my personal information?
We will only use any personal information you give us to deal with your questions, we ask your age and gender so we can provide personalized advice and support.
